  • Rotisserie Chicken (yes, made on my grill!)

  • Chicken, Rice, & Broccoli in a 9×13 Dish
  • Arugula Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette

Wednesday

Meal Planning

I, myself, am a believer in meal planning. It saves time. It saves money. It saves marriages.

On Sunday evenings, I take a quick inventory of the old cupboards/refrigerator, do a quick family poll, do a quick check of my calendar for special occasions that week, and I sit down with pen and pad and plan it up!

Each week, I will post mine here and I am hoping you will, too!
